Section 5-447 - Retail Storage Tanks1. Water in Gasoline, Diesel, Gasoline-Ether, and Other Fuels - Water shall not exceed 76 mm (3in) in depth when measured with water indicating paste in any tank utilized in the storage of biodiesel, diesel, gasoline, gasoline-ether blends, and kerosene sold at retail.2. Product Storage Identification.A. Fill Connection Labeling - The fill connection for any petroleum product storage tank or vessel supplying engine-fuel devices shall be permanently, plainly, and visibly marked as to the product contained.B. Declaration of Meaning of Color Code - When the fill connection device is marked by means of a color code, the color code shall be conspicuously displayed at the place of business.C. Volume of Product Information - Each retail location shall maintain on file a calibration chart or other means of determining the volume of each regulated product in each storage tank and the total capacity of such storage tank(s). This information shall be supplied immediately to the Director of Consumer Services.Added by State Register Volume 32, Issue No. 3, eff March 28, 2008.
