Section 19-900 - DefinitionsThe following words and phrases as used in this chapter, unless a different meaning is plainly required by the context, shall have the following meanings:
(1) "Elective or appointive officers" shall mean those elected or appointed to office where the term of office is fixed by Statute or the Constitution.(2) "School year" shall be considered the same as fiscal year, that is beginning July 1 and ending the following June 30th.
