Section 19-410.13 - Cooperative Agreements

A. The State agency has the authority and will enter into such cooperative agreements with Federal agencies or other states in accordance with FPMR 101-44.206. Such agreements will involve, but will not be limited to, the following:

(1)

(a) Use of property by the State Agency

(b) Overseas property

(c) Use of Federal Telecommunications System

(d) Inter-state transfers

(e) Others, as deemed necessary
