All aids to navigation and regulatory markers erected by the Corps of Engineers on Lake Hartwell pursuant to Federal Law are hereby declared to be S.C.W.M.R.D. aids to navigation and regulatory markers pursuant to Section 50-21-710, 1976 S.C. Code of Laws, and are hereby declared to be the law of the State.
