Section 12-504.11 - Revenue Sharing Claims

A. Description: Claims presented to the finance office and paid from Federal and State Revenue sharing funds. Information includes claim number, date filed, name, address, amount, charge to, and date approved.

B. Retention: 3 years, then destroy.
