Section 10-27 - Board of Examiners in Opticianry

The Board shall charge the following fees:

A.	Applications:
1.	Optician:	$100
2.	Contact Lens Dispenser:	$100
3.	Apprentice Application:	$20
B.	Certificate of Licensure:		$25
C.	Biennial Renewal:
1.	Active Optician:	$200
2.	Inactive Optician:	$120
3.	Active Contact Lens Dispenser:	$100
4.	Inactive Contact Lens Dispenser:	$60
5.	Apprentice Renewal Fee (Annual only):	$50
D.	Late Renewal Fee:		$25
E.	Reinstatement Fee:		$50
