Section 233.3 - Eligibility requirements and criteria(a) The minimum requirement for eligibility to apply for a transportation enhancement grant under this chapter is that the project must involve improvement to highway safety and mobility within this Commonwealth.(b) It is the intent of this grant program to fund worthwhile projects that can be completed at a relatively low cost.(c) All projects may be considered for a transportation enhancement grant from automated red light enforcement system revenues, with the exception of transportation impact studies and highway improvements that are the responsibility of the applicant for a Department Highway Occupancy Permit.
