Section 3800.53 - Director(a) There shall be one director responsible for the facility. A director may be responsible for more than one facility.(b) The director shall be responsible for administration and management of the facility, including the safety and protection of the children, implementation of policies and procedures and compliance with this chapter.(c) A director of a facility shall have one of the following:(1) A master's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years work experience in administration or human services.(2) A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years work experience in administration or human services.
