Section 33.52 - Blind cars(a) When a trainman is required to ride at the rear of a train, no such train which has more than two blind cars at the rear shall be dispatched or leave a point to travel in excess of 15 miles, without performing switching, unless a rider car is attached to the rear of the last blind car.(b) Subsection (a) does not apply to trains in work, construction, yard, belt-line, transfer, or wreck services.The provisions of this §33.52 were formerly designated Rule 17 by the Commission.
