Section 39.13 - Registration of institutions and courses of study(a) A course of study offered by an educational institution, association, professional society or organization for the purpose of qualifying applicants for licensure as nursing home administrators and for registration of licenses shall first be registered and approved by the Board.(b) An application for registration and approval of a course of study shall be submitted to the Board, on forms provided therefor by the Board.The provisions of this §39.13 adopted January 28, 1972, effective 1/29/1972, 2 Pa.B. 2244.
