Section 39.11 - Biennial renewal(a) Licenses are renewable each biennium, in the even-numbered years.(b) Notice of the availability of the renewal process will be forwarded to each active licensee at the licensee's address of record or current e-mail address on file with the Board, or both, prior to the expiration of the current biennial period.(c) As a condition of biennial renewal, licensees shall complete a minimum of 48 clock hours of continuing education during the preceding biennial period as required in § 39.61 (relating to requirements).(d) Renewal applications shall be completed in a format and manner required by the Board and accompanied by the required renewal fee in § 39.72 (relating to fees).
