Section 21.286 - Identification of the CRNP(a) A CRNP shall comply with State, Federal and facility regulations regarding identification of personnel.(b) The listing of a CRNP in an advertisement or publicly displayed sign shall identify CRNPs who use the designation "Dr." as CRNPs by using the title CRNP following the individual's name.The provisions of this §21.286 adopted November 17, 2000, effective 11/18/2000, 30 Pa.B. 5943; amended December 11, 2009, effective 12/12/2009, 39 Pa.B. 6994.The provisions of this §21.286 issued under section 15(b) of the Medical Practice Act of 1985 (63 P.S. § 422.15(b)) (Repealed).
