Section 21.194 - Faculty organization(a) There shall be a nursing faculty organization appropriate to the size of the group.(b) Policies and rules of procedure of the faculty organization shall be in written form and shall be reviewed periodically by the faculty.(c) Members of the faculty shall participate in the activities of the faculty organization.(d) Committees shall be established as needed to implement the functions of the faculty effectively, and the purposes and membership of each committee shall be defined clearly.(e) Committee reports and faculty actions shall be recorded, filed systematically and kept available for reference.
