Section 421.2 - Responsibilities of sheriffs(a) The sheriff of each county shall submit and maintain with the Board current information on deputy sheriffs on a form to be supplied by the Board.(b) Whenever a deputy sheriff is newly employed, discharged or leaves employment, the sheriff shall record the information on the form and forward the form to the Board within 10 days.
