Section 203.36 - Revocation of school certificationThe Commission may, after notice and hearings in compliance with Subchapter G (relating to notice and hearings), revoke the certification of a school for one of the following reasons:
(1) Failure to comply with the minimum school standards in this chapter.(2) Submission of a known false or fraudulent document or allowing the submission of known false or fraudulent documents to the Commission.(3) Subcontracting of police training to another noncertified entity.(4) Failure to take corrective action after suspension under § 203.35 (relating to emergency suspension of school certification).(5) Failure to conduct one basic police training course every 3 years the school is certified.(6) The school does not have a school director who meets the standards in § 203.37 (relating to minimum standards for school directors).The provisions of this §203.36 amended October 12, 2001, effective 10/13/2001, 31 Pa.B. 5706; amended September 22, 2006, effective 9/23/2006, 36 Pa.B. 5871.The provisions of this §203.36 amended under 53 Pa.C.S.
