Section 171.134 - Witness fees and mileage allowance(a) The fees and mileage allowance for a subpoenaed witness shall be the same as those allowed in an action in the court of common pleas in the county in which the witness testifies.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code §35.139 (relating to fees of witnesses).
