Section 9.85 - Drinking water on contracting operations(a) Where possible, a sufficient quantity of pure and wholesome drinking water of a quality approved by the Department of Health of the Commonwealth shall be provided by contractors for employes engaged in contracting operations.(b) Where it is not possible to supply drinking water which has been approved by the Department of Health of the Commonwealth, contractors shall supply a sufficient quantity of pure and wholesome water and shall further be responsible for the testing of such water.
