Section 136.18 - Postoperative care(a) An intensive surgical care service shall be available immediately after surgery to provide invasive monitoring, including Swan-Ganz catheter, arterial pressure and intra-aortic balloon pumps.(b) The cardiac surgical service shall be responsible for postoperative care and involved in discharge planning of patients.
