Section 918-308-0180 - Formation of Municipal Program(1) Municipalities combining electrical programs shall, to the extent practicable, centralize administration and use similar procedures, regulations, permit application, and permit fees within the area served.(2) Nothing in this rule prevents a municipality from being served by more than one combination of municipalities.Or.
