Section 918-261-0036 - Exemption for Transformers

An exemption from certification is created under ORS 479.540 for transformers over 600 volts that are built to or conform with:

(1) IEEE C57.12.00 standards; or

(2) Standards used by a public utility as defined in ORS 757.005.
