Section 918-100-0120 - Clarification of Jurisdiction(1) If an inspecting jurisdiction chooses not to offer the optional minor label program or master permit program, permits and individual inspections shall continue to be required in each program area involved; and(2) The delegation process shall not shift any inspection authority or boundary from one inspecting jurisdiction to another unless there is express agreement between the granting and receiving jurisdictions under OAR 918-100-0110.Or.
