Section 860-025-0000 - Applicability of Division 25(1) The rules contained in this Division apply to electric utilities, gas utilities, and large telecommunications utilities, as defined in OAR 860-025-0001.(2) Upon request or its own motion, the Commission may waive any of the Division 025 rules for good cause shown.
