Section 858-010-0038 - Continued Supervision - Licensed Psychologist Associate

Before the initial license is issued, the psychologist associate and the supervising psychologist must submit a "Contract for Continued Supervision of a Licensed Psychologist Associate." Day-to-day supervision of the licensed psychologist associate is the responsibility of the supervisor and includes such face-to-face consultation as is required by the nature of the work of th psychologist associate, and is consistent with accepted professional practices in psychology.
