Section 851-031-0027 - Licensure by Examination for Graduates of Programs in Canada(1) Applicants from programs preparing graduates for licensure as registered nurses with graduation dates prior to January 1, 2015, must meet the requirements in OAR 851-031-0021 or 851-031-0026.(2) Applicants from programs preparing graduates for licensure as registered nurses that have a designated, program-specific NCLEX-RN® program code, and who graduated on or after January 1, 2015, must meet the licensure requirements in OAR 851-031-0015.(3) The English language version of the NCLEX-RN® is the only version acceptable for licensure.(4) The NCLEX ® is not available for graduates of Canadian Practical Nurse Programs who must apply for Oregon licensure as per the requirements of OAR 851-031-0021 or 851-031-0026.Or.
