Section 847-001-0040 - Approval of Notices of Civil Penalty(1) The Executive Director has the authority to issue Notices of Civil Penalty, which include default final orders, for violations of the Board's administrative rules. (2) The Executive Director's signature grants approval of the Notice of Civil Penalty, which becomes a public document. As a public document, the Notice of Civil Penalty may be released to the public. However, the civil penalty is not an adverse action.Or. Admin. Code § 847-001-0040
