Section 839-011-0030 - Preparation of Council Agenda(1) All matters to be included on the agenda must be submitted in writing to the office of the Director by 5:00 p.m. at least 45 calendar days before the date of the next Council meeting. If the 45th calendar day before the next Council meeting falls on either a weekend or holiday, the items for the agenda must be submitted to the Director on the last business day before the 45th calendar day. (2) Late submissions for inclusion on the agenda that do not request the Council to approve, modify or revoke standards, committees or programs may be considered by the Council if a majority of the members agree.
