Section 836-014-0210 - License Fees(1) The fee for filing an application for a license to transact business as a life settlement provider is $400.(2) The fee for annual renewal of a license to transact business as a life settlement provider is $200.(3) The fee for filing an application for a license to transact business as a life settlement broker is $45.(4) The fee for biennial renewal of a license to transact business as a life settlement broker is $45.(5) The fee for filing an application for a license to transact business as a life settlement investment agent is $45.(6) The fee for biennial renewal of a license to transact business as a life settlement investment agent is $45.Or.
