Section 813-030-0062 - Change of Approved Servicers(1) The servicing agreement may be terminated or amended as provided for in the servicing agreement or these rules.(2) The Department may direct a change of Approved Servicer at any time consistent with the terms of the servicing agreement and these rules.Or.
