Section 735-072-0000 - Application of the Driver Improvement Program(1) All drivers in this state are subject to the provisions of one of the Driver Improvement Programs established by this division.(2) The provisional driver improvement program applies to drivers who have reached 14 years of age but who have not yet reached 18 years of age.(3) The adult driver improvement program applies to drivers 18 years of age or older.Or.
