Section 734-010-0460 - Final Inspection(1) Notification of Completion; inspection. The Contractor shall notify ODOT in Writing when the Contractor considers the on-site Contract Work completed. Within 15 Days of receiving the Contractor's notice, ODOT will inspect the project and project records, and will either accept the Work or notify the Contractor of remaining Work to be performed.(2) Acknowledgment of acceptance. When ODOT finds that all Work required under the Contract, both on-site and administrative, has been completed satisfactorily, ODOT shall acknowledge acceptance of the Work in Writing.Or. Admin.
