Section 734-065-0010 - Definitions(1) Transit shelters are structures erected and maintained at official stops for a mass transit district, transportation district or any other public transportation agency to protect their riders from the weather at transit stops, and will hereinafter be referred to as shelters. (2) Transit Benches are structures erected and maintained at official stops for a mass transit district, transportation district or any other public transportation agency to provide seating at transit stops, and will hereinafter be referred to as benches.Or.
