Section 603-007-0205 - [Effective until 10/20/2024] Purpose

The purpose of these rules is to provide criteria and procedures for implementation and administration of the fund. Grant funds will be awarded to county programs for supporting pest management initiatives that mitigate the impact of grasshoppers and Mormon crickets on agricultural crops.
