Section 603-007-0150 - Tribal Income and Expense Determination

An Applicant who meets the definition of an Indian Tribe in ORS 391.802 may determine Adjusted Gross Income, all Gross Farm Income requirements (including the three-year baseline), and Livestock expense values by:

(1) Completing the Independent Verification document attached to the Application; or

(2) Providing financial documents related to farming or ranching activities that the Lending Institution finds satisfactory for verification of eligibility.
