The Oregon Disaster Assistance Program (ODAP) Program Background and Requirements ("ODAP Guidance Document") with the requirements and standards therein, dated April 27, 2022, is incorporated into, and adopted as part of this division of administrative rules, by reference. The ODAP Guidance Document may be accessed online at the Department's website.
