Section 603-051-0829 - Refusal or Cancellation of Certification

Certification may be refused or cancelled in accordance with the following:

(1) Failure to meet or maintain the requirements of these regulations.
(2) Any planting in which off-type plants are found to exceed 0.2 percent may be refused certification unless said planting has been established in a manner that would permit all off-type plants to be safely removed.
(3) Any planting found to be infected with a serious systemic pathogen or suspected of such infection may be required to be rogued or may be refused for further propagation. Any planting in which a plant is found to be infected with such systemic pathogens may be refused certification except when the total of such infected plants in a certified block does not exceed 0.5 percent.
(4) Failure to meet the pest cleanliness requirements for Oregon nursery stock.
(5) Any planting found to be infested with cyclamen mites or infected with:
(a) Stem and bulb nematodes; or
(b) Foliar nematodes; or
(c) Red Stele fungus.
