The United States Standards For Fresh Pea adopted by the United States Department of Agriculture effective June 1, 1942, and in effect on January 1, 1963, hereby are adopted as the standards of the State of Oregon for fresh peas. A copy of such federal regulations is filed herewith and by this reference made a part hereof.
