Section 603-013-0604 - Construction(1) An establishment shall be constructed with impervious walls and concrete floors sloped to properly trapped drains.(2) All openings shall be screened.(3) The sewage disposal facilities of each establishment shall be inspected by and be approved by the State Sanitary Authority.
