Section 603-011-5002 - Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Disease, Emergency Quarantine

(1) Establishing a Quarantine. A quarantine is established pursuant to OAR 603-011-0377, pertaining to all avian species.

(2) Areas Under Quarantine. The following area is currently under quarantine for Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza:
