Section 461-105-0410 - Requirement to Cooperate in Quality Control Review; REF, REFM, SNAP, and TANF(1) In the REF, REFM, SNAP, and TANF programs, individuals are required to cooperate in the Department's quality control review process.(2) In the REF, REFM, and TANF programs, an individual who refuses to cooperate is ineligible for the program in which the review takes place until the individual cooperates.(3) In the SNAP program, if an individual refuses to cooperate, the individual's filing group (see OAR 461-110-0370) is ineligible for the program. The individual may choose to cooperate at any time. If the SNAP benefits have not already closed, the filing group does not need to reapply. The filing group, upon filing a new application, may again be found eligible only in accordance with federal Food Stamp regulations in 7 CFR 273.2(d)(2).Or. Admin. R. 461-105-0410
