Section 459-001-0005 - Model Rules of ProcedureThe Attorney General's Model Rules of Procedure under the Administrative Procedures Act, as adopted and effective January 31, 2012, are adopted as rules of procedure of the Public Employees Retirement Board, except as modified by other rules of the Board.
