Section 441-720-0330 - Aggregate Lending Limit to a Member and Associated Borrowers

The aggregate amount of the credit union's outstanding loans and any unfunded commitments to a member (including those loans guaranteed by the member) and a group of associated borrowers may not exceed the greater of 15 percent of the credit union's net worth; or $100,000.
