Section 413-070-0030 - Recruitment and Staff Training(1) The Department and entity must have an active recruitment program to recruit and retain foster and adoptive parents who reflect the ethnic and racial diversity of children for whom foster and adoptive homes are needed, and who can meet the needs of children awaiting placement. (2) The Department must train staff to assure compliance with the Multiethnic Placement Act of 1994, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.Or. Admin. R. 413-070-0030
