Section 410-123-1540 - Healthier Oregon Dental Benefits(1) The CWM and CWM Plus benefit plan ended on June 30, 2023. See OAR 410-134-0005(2) for benefit coverage and limitations.(2) CWM and CWM Plus services delivered on or before June 30, 2023 may be billed in accordance with OAR 410-120-1300. See OAR 410-134-0005(3) for CWM and CWM Plus billing guidance.(3) As of July 1, 2022, Healthier Oregon members began receiving the same dental benefits that are included in the OHP Plus benefit package as defined in OAR 410-123-1220.Or.
