Section 340-248-0100 - Licensing and Certification Requirements: ApplicabilityOAR 340-248-0100 through 340-248-0180 provide the requirements, standards, and procedures for contractor licensing, worker and supervisor certification, and asbestos abatement trainer accreditation. These requirements apply to any asbestos abatement project except as provided under OAR 340-248-0250.
