Section 333-035-0170 - Advance Directives

(1) A hospice program shall comply with ORS 127.649 relating to written policies and procedures on providing information to patients on a patient's right to make health care decisions.

(2) In accordance with ORS 127.652, a hospice program shall provide to a patient the materials necessary to execute an advance directive or a form appointing a health care representative no later than 15 days after the initial provision of care by the hospice program, but in any event before ceasing to provide care to the patient.
