Section 333-113-0210 - Requirements for Personnel Safety: Personnel Monitoring

(1) The licensee must not permit an individual to act as a logging supervisor or logging assistant unless that person wears a personnel dosimeter at all times during the handling of licensed radioactive materials. Each personnel dosimeter must be assigned to and worn by only one individual. Film badges must be replaced at least monthly and other personnel dosimeters replaced at least quarterly. After replacement, each personnel dosimeter must be promptly processed.

(2) The licensee must provide bioassay services to individuals using licensed materials in subsurface tracer studies if required by the license.

(3) Personnel monitoring records must be maintained in accordance with OAR 333-100-0057 and for inspection until the Authority authorizes disposition.
