Section 156-001-0005 - Model Rules of Procedure

The Legislative Administration Committee, in accordance with ORS 183.341, adopts, by reference, Division 1 of the Attorney General's Model Rules of Procedure under the Administrative Procedures Act. This adoption applies only to rules required by ORS 292.956.
