Section 137-001-0060 - Secretary of State Rule Filing(1) The agency shall file in the office of the Secretary of State a certified copy of each adopted or amended rule and each order repealing an agency rule.(2) The rule or order shall be effective upon filing with the Secretary of State unless a different effective date is required by statute or specified in the rule or order.Or.
