Section 795:1-1-10 - Due notice

The following information shall be used when notice is required to be given by the Commission on any procedure established by House Bill 508, 1965, on Public Hearings:

(1) When compelled to hold a public hearing, for whatever purpose, the Commission shall give notice of such hearing in the "Oklahoma Wheat News" general newspaper and the "The Oklahoma Register" which are publications of general circulation over the State and they reach most of the wheat growers. The Commission shall assume the cost of any such due notice by publication, except or otherwise specifically provided.

(2) At least twenty (20) days must elapse between the first publication and the date of the public hearing, except or otherwise specifically provided.
