Section 240:10-5-3 - Notice of change of address, organization or ownership

Any employer who has :

(1) a change of mailing address ;

(2) a change of e-mail address;

(3) a change of organization or transfer of ownership ; or

(4) sold or otherwise disposed of a part or all of its business or assets ; shall give written notice to the Commission immediately following the effective date of thechange, sale or disposition.
